How do I make a booking:

Bookings can be made from this website under the contact tab. Please be sure to include a contact phone number. Alternatively you can contact us via email at lisa@thecatswhiskers.co.nz or phone 07 578 8525. Please do leave a message if we don’t answer immediately. We will return your call.

Are you open every day ?

We are open daily from 8.30 to 9.30am and 4.00 to 5.30pm. We are closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day.

What do  you feed during my cats stay ?

We feed Royal Canin to ensure your pet receives the best possible nutrition in our care. You are welcome to provide your own food. We have a fridge/freezer here for raw food and excellent systems to ensure that your feeding regime is adhered to.

 

Do I need to bring my cats bed ?

It is recommended that you bring your cats favourite bed or blanket so that they have something familiar from home. However we do provide bedding, blanket, igloos and toys.

Can I view the cattery prior to making a booking?

You are welcome to visit the cattery to ensure our facility is a good fit your cat. Viewings are encouraged between 9.30am to 10am or between 3.30pm to 4pm. This ensures that we can give you our full attention.

Can I visit my cat(s) during their stay?

If your cat is staying long-term, you are most welcome to visit them. We do ask that you allow at least one week for your cat to settled. Visits can be made by arrangement on 07 578 8525
